Ask.com modrewrite VIDEO

Wow, this figure was actually recorded a long time ago but I accidently left my adsense tracker running so I needed to edit it out. You wouldn’t believe the hassle I have had trying to edit it! I finally got there and here the video is!

This video goes through adding modrewrite to our Ask.com scraper system so that similar keywords are linked as new pages and generated on the fly.

You will notice that after I finish writing the .htaccess file everything goes a bit mad, this is because I was writing it within the main script fie with the intention of saving it as “.htaccess” but accidently overwrote the main script so I had to work quick hitting undo and such like.
